  1. Add your desired phone case to your cart, making sure to indicate any customization you would like, and go through the checkout process.
  2. We will contact you to discuss the customization on your phone case.
  3. You can watch as your phone case is made with care and love during a TikTok live! Follow us on TikTok at @puffandsparklecreations
  4. Your phone case will need around 3 weeks to settle and dry.
  5. Your finished phone case will be shipped or delivered once it is dry. You will receive a tracking number when your phone case is shipped.
What types of payment are accepted?

We accept Credit/Debit Card, CashApp, Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna

Will my phone case be exactly like in the picture?

All cases are unique and may have small imperfections. We can most definitely try our best to replicate our samples, but each case will be slightly different. everything is handmade with love!

What is our refund policy?

No refunds will be issued once your phone case is completed or delivered.

How long does it take for a phone case to be completed?

Normal turnaround time for themes/charms in stock is around 3 weeks. Additional time will be needed for themes/charms not in stock.

When can I watch my phone case being made on TikTok?

Your phone case will be made with care and love during a TikTok live! Make sure to follow us on TikTok at @puffandsparklecreations to join our live community, hang out, chat with us, and watch the decorating process happen step-by-step. We go on TikTok live on Tuesdays at 8:00PM CST and also sometimes on Thursdays at 8:00PM CST.
